November marked yet another busy month for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages under construction progressing smoothly. In Stage 6B1, we are pleased to report roadworks are progressing well, with the kerb installation currently underway, while electrical installation has commenced as well.

He’s made his list, he’s checked it twice and if he finds out you’ve been nice, he might just be headed to a suburb near you! Santa and his band of performers will be cruising through suburbs of Ipswich, stopping at local parks, cruising past Christmas lights and visiting key locations to spread the Christmas cheer.

As we enter the final months of the year, we’re pleased to share that construction at Dawn continues to progress smoothly. In Stage 6A1, lots are now registered, while in Stage 6B1, the lots have been lodged for plan sealing marking an exciting milestone for purchasers within these stages.
