SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Dawn’s construction continues to shine brightly as we enter September and the Spring months.
First and foremost, we’re excited to announce that Stages 6B2 and 6B3 have received their official registrations. This significant achievement opens the doors for more families to become part of the Dawn community and start building their homes.
Asphalt has recently been laid in Stages 6C1 and 6C2 as the civil works progress. Plan sealing is also well underway in these Stages, bringing us closer to transforming these areas into inviting spaces for everyone to enjoy. This is also aided by the work currently underway in Gibbs Stage 1, with the earthworks and services taking shape and the stage nearing completion.
Furthermore, we’re delighted to report that landscaping efforts are in full swing across all stages currently under construction.
