Sales & Construction Update
It’s been another productive month at Dawn and we’re happy to provide the November construction update.
We’re pleased to share that in the Genesis (Stage 6C1) and Dayspring Releases (Stage 6C2) registration and settlements are now occurring. In exciting news, the Gibbs Release is also nearing completion, with earthworks being finalised.
Infrastructure works and upgrades to Taylors Road are also nearly complete. The team on the ground have been working hard to get these finalised early this month.
Furthermore, we’re thrilled to report that the next Stage’s approvals have been received with construction set to commence in early December.
