SALES & CONSTRCUTION UPDATE
It’s been another action-packed month for the Dawn team, with July off to a flying start as works progress across the Stages under-construction.
In Stages 6B2 & 6B3, road construction is well underway with the kerb installed and the team now preparing for asphalting.
Over in Stages 6C1 & 6C2, sewer and water services have been installed, with preparation for the road construction now underway. Valuation and soil test access will be available later this month.
We are proud to share that Gibbs Stage 1 has commenced construction, with the lots now available in the Lumina Release!
We currently have a wide variety of lot sizes for sale with many house and land packages to suit, as well as three Display Homes available for sale, complete with leaseback!
