SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
August is off to a flying start for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages progressing smoothly.
There is plenty of activity in Stage 6B2 & Stage 6B3 with internal asphalt installed! The team has recently commenced external road works, with road preparation for Stage 6C1 & 6C2 also advancing well!
The Lumina (Gibbs Stage 1) release is advancing well with services connections now complete and bulk earthworks well underway.
We’re pleased to share that our new Stage Release is coming soon! Stage 6F will consist of 45 Lots, ranging from 315m2-938m2!
