July marked another productive month at Dawn, with major infrastructure works continuing to advance and several important project milestones reached across the estate. Phase 3 bulk earthworks are now approximately 90% complete following several weeks of cut-to-fill operations and material relocation across the site.

King’s Christian College Receives Development Approval
We are pleased to share that King’s Christian College has received development approval, marking an exciting milestone for Dawn and the wider Walloon community. The approved community use will provide an Early Learning Centre and a school from Prep through to Year 12.

Construction at Dawn, Walloon progressed steadily throughout June, with strong activity in multiple stages as the community continues to form. Housing construction is advancing well, with homes now taking shape in Stages 7 and 8, as well as slabs being poured in Stage 9 as builder activity increases on site.
