Our Dawn community is about to become an even better place for families to grow up in, with King’s Christian College set to open a brand-new school right here! The school, which will cater to students from early learning all the way through to Year 12, is planned to open in January 2026, with the first stage including an Early Learning Centre for children as young as two-and-a-half years old and a Primary School servicing students from Prep to Year 3.

September has been bustling for the Dawn team, and we’re thrilled to share our latest news of the growing community! Stage 6E roadworks are progressing smoothly, with the asphalt work now finished.

Mark your calendars for Monday 7 October to celebrate a local favourite social event – the King’s Birthday Race Day. Hosted a short 20-minute drive from our beautiful Dawn community at Ipswich Turf Club located at 219 Brisbane Rd, Bundamba, activities begin at 11am offering patrons a full day of excitement and social connection.

Since choosing to build their first family home in Dawn, James and Kaeli Barrett have not stopped recommending the community to all their friends and family.
