Sales & Construction Update

It has been an exciting month for the team, with significant progress across Dawn, which we are thrilled to share in this latest Sales & Construction Update.

Landscaping and construction in Stage 6E is now complete, and the team is excited to see the first homes commence soon and the next stage of the community come to life.

Over in Stage 6D, Plan Sealing has occurred, and Registration is set to happen shortly! Following these exciting milestones, Settlements will occur, and more residents will be a step closer to enjoying all that Dawn offers. Roads are now also complete in this stage, with landscaping now underway.

Bulk earthworks in Dawn’s North East Stage are complete, and service installation is underway as this area comes together quickly!

We are thrilled to share that Dawn continues to grow, with approvals for the District Park and future stages west of Dawn’s currently under construction Waterway having been received. Works on the District Park will begin early next year and the team are excited to watch this space grow into another valued community meeting space.
