Free plants aplenty!
They say the best things in life are free! That is certainly the case for Ipswich residents, as the Ipswich City Council is offering free plants for the community as part of its Free Plant Program.

March is looking to be another busy month for the team at Dawn, with works on site progressing well across all Stages under construction. Stage 6B1 is now Registered and construction Practical Completion has been reached, with street landscaping now underway!
Walloon State School zone records the highest capital city house price growth for 2022
The Domain 2023 School Zones Report has shared that Walloon State School’s catchment zone – home to Dawn Walloon – has recorded the highest rise in house prices across all capital cities for 2022, with house prices growing by 43.9 per cent.

November marked yet another busy month for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages under construction progressing smoothly. In Stage 6B1, we are pleased to report roadworks are progressing well, with the kerb installation currently underway, while electrical installation has commenced as well.
Santa is on tour, to a suburb near you!
He’s made his list, he’s checked it twice and if he finds out you’ve been nice, he might just be headed to a suburb near you! Santa and his band of performers will be cruising through suburbs of Ipswich, stopping at local parks, cruising past Christmas lights and visiting key locations to spread the Christmas cheer.
Dawn moonlight cinema
We loved seeing the Dawn Walloon community come down to our recent moonlight cinema! With catering by Phat Boyz, giant games, lollies and popcorn for all, it was great to see Dawn residents enjoy a spring evening watching Sing 2 underneath the stars.
