As we approach the middle of the year, we’re pleased to share that works at Dawn in Walloon are progressing well, with the team working hard across all Stages under construction. In Stages 6B2 and 6B3, roadworks have commenced, while Valuation and Soil Test Access is set to commence this month.

If you’re at a loose end this weekend, why not visit the RAAF Amberley Aviation Heritage Centre for some educational fun! One of Ipswich’s must-see attractions, the centre is home to a range of aviation vehicles and other military memorabilia, including a World War II Boston Bomber, aircraft equipment, reconnaissance cameras, a pop-up air raid shelter, and cockpit modules.

May is off to a great start for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages progressing smoothly. There is plenty of activity in Stage 6B1 with house builds now underway!

They say the best things in life are free! That is certainly the case for Ipswich residents, as the Ipswich City Council is offering free plants for the community as part of its Free Plant Program.

March is looking to be another busy month for the team at Dawn, with works on site progressing well across all Stages under construction. Stage 6B1 is now Registered and construction Practical Completion has been reached, with street landscaping now underway!

The Domain 2023 School Zones Report has shared that Walloon State School’s catchment zone – home to Dawn Walloon – has recorded the highest rise in house prices across all capital cities for 2022, with house prices growing by 43.9 per cent.
