Sales & Construction Update
December has been a productive month at Dawn, welcoming summer with significant progress across multiple stages
The landscaping for Genesis Release (Stage 6C1), Dayspring Release (Stage 6C2), and the upcoming stages (6B2 and 6B3) has been completed. Construction of homes in these stages has started, which is exciting news for our future residents. Additionally, the Gibbs Release Plan Sealing has been submitted and is currently awaiting approval from the authorities.
Stage 6F construction is now underway and Dawn is another step closer to welcoming more families into the bustling community.
We currently have a number of lots available to purchase across three releases, with nine Registered lots available, and Titles Registration expected in February for the Lumina Release (Gibbs Stage 1).
