2023 in Review
As we fast approach the holidays and 2023 comes to an end, we are looking back to celebrate all the achievements made across Dawn in 2024.
Embracing the spirit of Halloween, Dawn kicked off spooky season with its CarnEVIL event. The entire community came together for a celebration filled with engaging entertainment, including a DJ to get the crowd up and about, a smoke machine to set the scene and some lights to add some eye-catching disco flair. There was also a comedic circus stunt show, face painting and a slime station to keep the kids entertained, and an array of food options on offer, including The Phat Boys and their signature mouth-watering meals.
Thank you to everyone who attend and helped us create lasting memories across the community.
Throughout 2023 Dawn’s construction team made great progress, with landscaping complete and homes underway at 6C1, 6C2, 6B2 and 6B3. Elsewhere across Dawn, The Gibbs Release Plan Sealing has been submitted, Stage 6F is underway and infrastructure upgrades are continuing. As construction continues, more and more families are starting to build their dream homes and create their dream lives.
