December has been a productive month at Dawn, welcoming summer with significant progress across multiple stages The landscaping for Genesis Release (Stage 6C1), Dayspring Release (Stage 6C2), and the upcoming stages (6B2 and 6B3) has been completed. Construction of homes in these stages has started, which is exciting news for our future residents.
