Mark your calendars for Monday 7 October to celebrate a local favourite social event – the King’s Birthday Race Day. Hosted a short 20-minute drive from our beautiful Dawn community at Ipswich Turf Club located at 219 Brisbane Rd, Bundamba, activities begin at 11am offering patrons a full day of excitement and social connection.

Since choosing to build their first family home in Dawn, James and Kaeli Barrett have not stopped recommending the community to all their friends and family. As a young family seeking a balance between well-developed infrastructure and natural, bushy surrounds, James says they were immediately attracted to Dawn and fell in love with the estate after their first visit.

It was a busy August for the team at Dawn, and they are excited to share the latest updates with the community. Stage 6E roadworks are moving forward smoothly, with asphalt preparation nearly finished.

This Father’s Day, treat your dad to a relaxing afternoon at Groovin in the Grove, held on Sunday 1 September at Watercress Creek Olives and Limes from 2pm – 6pm. Enjoy great food, music, and company, surrounded by Walloon’s picturesque backdrop.

July flew by quickly at Dawn, with the team excited to share the impressive progress. With construction now complete in Stage 6F, Registration has occurred!

Come down and enjoy a delicious morning tea at the market! This charity event, organised by local resident Tiffany Wilson, aims to raise funds to help end domestic violence and support mental health.

From June 1st to July 28th, the Ipswich Art Gallery invites you to embark on a creative journey with design.it, an innovative program that seamlessly blends art, design, and language.

June has flown by for Dawn, as the team keeps achieving remarkable progress across the community. In Stage 6F landscaping is well underway with the team working diligently to prepare for the new residents of Dawn.

If the only thing you love more than trivia, good vibes and Australiana is getting dressed up as Aussie icons, then we’ve got the perfect event for you! Mt Crosby State School, only a short 20-minute drive away from our beautiful Dawn community, will run its Trivia Night again on Saturday June 15, and this time around the theme is Australian Icons – with prizes awarded for the best dressed table!

During May, progress across the Dawn community has continued quickly and the team are excited to share the latest updates. Construction in Stage 6F is progressing smoothly, with works nearing completion!
