Construction Update: October 2026

Construction activity continued to progress across Dawn throughout October, despite challenging wet weather conditions.

In Stage 12, asphalt works are now underway and scheduled for completion by the end of the month. Plan sealing for the stage has also been lodged, marking another important step towards delivery.

Further progress has been made across Stages 14 and 15, with sewer works in Stage 14 nearing completion, while sewer and drainage works in Stage 15 are also approaching completion.

Looking ahead, construction is set to commence shortly in Stage 16 as development continues to progress across the community.
