It has been an exciting month for the team, with significant progress across Dawn, which we are thrilled to share in this latest Sales & Construction Update. Landscaping and construction in Stage 6E is now complete, and the team is excited to see the first homes commence soon and the next stage of the community come to life.

It was fang-tastic to see so many ghouls and goblins out and about at Dawn’s Halloween spooktacular, CarnEVIL 2024! This year’s event was a monster mash of fun, with boys, girls, and creatures of all ages coming together for a frightfully good time filled with spooky activities, spine-tingling entertainment, and deliciously eerie food.

The festive season is upon us, and we’re excited to invite our Dawn community to immerse themselves in the joyful celebrations of ‘Christmas in Ipswich’! This city-wide holiday festival, running from November 18 to December 31, is a local initiative filled with events and attractions sure to capture the holiday spirit.
