Construction Update: September 2026

Construction activity continued to progress across Dawn throughout September, with favourable weather supporting strong momentum across the community and several key milestones achieved.

Works have now commenced in Stage 14, with site activity ramping up as development continues to advance. Significant progress has also been made in Stage 15, where sewer infrastructure works are progressing well.

Across Stages 12 and 13, stormwater and sewer construction is now nearing completion. Road works have also commenced in Stage 13, marking another important step forward in preparing the stage for future delivery.

A key milestone was achieved this month with the completion of the structural concrete works for the culvert, with backfilling set to commence shortly. The completion of District Park Stage 2 also marks another exciting achievement for the community, further enhancing the recreational amenities available for residents to enjoy.
