Construction Update: August 2026

Construction activity continued to progress across Dawn throughout August, with strong momentum maintained across future stages of the community and several key milestones achieved.

Across Stages 12 and 13, sewer, stormwater and retaining wall works all continued to advance. Stormwater construction has progressed significantly, with Stage 12 lines and pits now complete and works underway in Stage 13. Retaining wall installation is also nearing completion across both stages, while water infrastructure has commenced, with Stage 12 watermain installation well underway.

A major milestone was achieved this month with the completion of the culvert roof slab pour, marking another important step forward in the delivery of this key waterway infrastructure. Phase 3 bulk earthworks also remain well advanced, with road crossings completed and site filling works continuing across the development.

Beyond residential construction, District Park Stage 2 is progressing well and is due for completion imminently. Planning for future community spaces is also taking shape, with the Stage 12 local park approved and set to feature a nature-play focused design.

Meanwhile, house construction throughout Stages 7 to 11 continues to build momentum, with more homes emerging across the community. The Stage 10 terrace lots are now taking shape, with framing works progressing across multiple dwellings.

Looking ahead, construction crews will continue progressing sewer and stormwater works through Stage 13, while advancing Stage 12 road and pavement works and completing culvert headwall construction.

With steady progress across infrastructure, parks and homes, Dawn continues to evolve as a growing master-planned community.
