Construction Update: June 2026

Construction at Dawn, Walloon progressed steadily throughout June, with strong activity in multiple stages as the community continues to form.

Housing construction is advancing well, with homes now taking shape in Stages 7 and 8, as well as slabs being poured in Stage 9 as builder activity increases on site.

Stages 10 and 11 reached a key milestone, with settlements commencing earlier this month and the majority of lots now settled. Landscaping works are set to begin this week, marking the next step toward completion.

Significant progress is also being made in upcoming stages, with bulk earthworks in Stages 12 and 13 around 50% complete, including the second culvert crossing now underway.

Stage 15 has received approval, with bulk earthworks already underway and civil construction scheduled to commence in the coming weeks.

Key services continue to roll out, with electricity live in Stages 7 to 11 and PMTs in Stages 7 and 9 wrapped in a fun vinyl design. Water services are connected in Stages 8 and 9, with Stage 10 and 11 connections forecast for early July.

Overall, June has been another productive month, with continued momentum as Dawn grows and more homes progress toward completion.
