Construction Update: May 2026
Construction across Dawn, Walloon continued to progress steadily throughout May, with activity advancing across multiple stages as the community takes shape.
In Stages 7 and 8, slabs are now being poured, with builders continuing to make strong progress across both stages.
Landscaping works in Stage 9 have now been completed, marking another key milestone in its delivery.
Stages 10 and 11 have also reached an important milestone, with asphalt works complete and both stages now sealed and registered. Settlements are scheduled to commence next month.
Progress continues across future stages, with Stages 12 and 13 now approved and construction underway.
The next phase of bulk earthworks is also underway, with the second culvert crossing also commenced and works continuing through Stage 15.
Beyond the residential stages, the final area of the district park has commenced within the western precinct, alongside the next stage of the linear park, continuing to deliver future open space for the community.
Overall, May has been another productive month on site, with strong momentum as Dawn evolves and more homes begin to take shape.
