Construction Update: April 2026

Landscaping works in Stage 7 are now complete, with Stage 8 close behind. Builder activity is commencing across both stages, marking an exciting milestone as purchasers begin the journey to building their new homes.

Stage 9 has now settled, and landscaping works are well underway, with approximately 75% complete. These works are helping to shape the emerging streetscapes as the stage continues to take form.

In later stages, asphalt works in Stages 10 and 11 have been completed, with plan sealing and registration to follow, representing solid progress toward the next phase of delivery. Early works have also commenced in Stage 12, where earthworks are underway ahead of upcoming civil works.

Beyond the residential stages, landscaping has commenced in Stage 2 of the District Park, supporting the delivery of future community open space. Works are also about to begin on the second culvert crossing, contributing to the broader infrastructure rollout across the project.

Overall, April has been a productive month on site, with visible progress continuing as Dawn continues to evolve.
