Construction Update: March 2026

As autumn settles in, construction at Dawn, Walloon continues to push ahead with strong progress across multiple stages. 

Stage 8 has now achieved Title Registration, marking an important milestone for the community. Settlements have commenced across both Stage 7 and Stage 8, with landscaping works now underway in these areas – a welcome sign of the neighbourhood beginning to take shape.  

Stage 9 is moving closer to completion, with asphalt now installed and Plan Sealing and Registration currently underway. Settlements within Stage 9 are expected to commence shortly. 

Further into the community, Stages 10 and 11 are well underway, with base layers installed across the road network and final asphalt layers on track to be completed in April. 

Looking ahead, civil works for Stage 12 and the remainder of the District Park are set to commence next month, another step forward in delivering the full vision of the Dawn community. 

It’s an encouraging start to the year, with the project continuing to grow and more residents moving closer to calling Dawn home.
