Construction Update: February 2026

Construction across Dawn, Walloon continues to build momentum as we move through the early months of 2026, with several key milestones achieved across the community.

In Stage 7, Registration has now occurred! This marks a significant step forward and enables our future homeowners in this Stage to commence their builds. It’s always exciting to see a stage transition from construction to home building, bringing more life to the community.

In Stage 8, asphalt has now been installed, with Plan Sealing imminent. This stage is progressing well as it approaches completion.

A major infrastructure milestone has also been achieved recently, with the Culvert Crossing now completed, and asphalt ready to be laid. This new connection into the Western Precinct will open shortly, further enhancing accessibility and connectivity within the estate.

Over in Stage 9, road construction is well underway while Stage 10 has recently commenced. Meanwhile, Stage 11 has reached completion of service installation, with road preparation works now progressing across both stages.

With steady progress across all fronts, Dawn, Walloon continues to evolve as a connected, growing master-planned community in South East Queensland.
