Construction Update: January 2026

As we enter 2026, construction in Dawn, Walloon begins the year strongly, with ongoing progress in many of the Stages.

In Stage 7, the road asphalt has now been laid, marking an important milestone as this Stage moves closer to completion. Nearby, work on the culvert crossing has also reached a key point, with all major concreting works now complete. Surrounding earthworks are underway alongside preparation for the road works, which are scheduled to commence in February.

Across Stages 9 and 10, service infrastructure installation has now been completed, with road preparations underway and taking shape. In Stage 11, service infrastructure is nearing completion, alongside earthworks.

Looking ahead, earthworks for future stages continue to take shape, steadily preparing the land for upcoming releases as Dawn, Walloon evolves further.
