Construction Update: December 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, construction across Dawn, Walloon continues to progress steadily across multiple stages of the community.

In Stages 7 and 8, roads are taking shape and are on track to be finalised in early 2026.

Across Stages 9 to 11, service installation continues to progress well, alongside the commencement of initial roadworks in Stage 9.

Looking ahead, earthworks for future stages are pushing ahead, with shaping works progressing to bring Stages 12 and beyond into form. It’s encouraging to see the next phases of the community taking shape as Dawn continues to grow.

With consistent progress across the site, Dawn, Walloon is closing out 2025 as a rapidly evolving, connected, and welcoming master-planned community, with more planned for 2026, including new land releases.
