CarnEVIL 2025: A frightfully good time

That’s a wrap on CarnEVIL 2025! Thank you to all little ghosts and giggling goblins who joined in on the fun.

The Dawn community turned out in spooktacular style for this year’s CarnEVIL – and what a way to celebrate Halloween at the brand-new Daybreak Park.

On Friday, 31st October, over 300 locals brought the fright (and the fun) in their most imaginative costumes. From shimmering mermaids to horned devils to supernatural spidermen, the spirit of CarnEVIL was alive and well.

The trick or treat wall was a crowd favourite, the slushies kept everyone cool (and sugar-charged), and the roaming magician captured the awe and attention of monsters, young and old.

This year was the most successful CarnEVIL yet, and even the threat of rain couldn’t dampen spirits or scare the community away!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the afternoon and evening a wicked success. We can’t wait to conjure up more mystical magic with you again next year.
