Construction Update: October 2025

Spring is all about new growth and beginnings, and that’s certainly been the case at Dawn, Walloon.

In our October 2025 update, we’re pleased to share that Daybreak Park is truly coming to life, with games of futsal, basketball, and other friendly competition will soon be possible on the freshly completed multipurpose court. Likewise, the oval’s goal posts are up, right as the weather invites more time outdoors.

The park’s newly installed playground equipment is sure to spark little imaginations, and Friday afternoon’s CarnEVIL Halloween event will be the perfect opportunity to explore this exciting new space.

Onsite construction is also progressing rapidly. The roof slab of our first culvert has been poured, marking a key milestone in the project and paving the way for works to begin in the Western Precinct.

The Springs and Marrowview releases in Stage 7, and the Banks and Parkside releases in Stage 8, are almost complete, with roadworks wrapping up and services now being installed.

Construction of Stage 9’s Ambleside, Eyre and Botanic releases isn’t far behind. Sewer and stormwater works are almost finished and water and electrical services are progressing smoothly.

Sewerage infrastructure has also started for Stage 10, with works for Stage 11 scheduled to commence next month. As you can tell, there’s plenty happening at Dawn!

Meanwhile, earthworks continue to transform the landscape, with topography shaping advancing steadily to lay the groundwork for the next stages of development.

With so much progress every day, the remaining lot releases at Dawn are quickly coming together within this budding new community.
