Construction Update: September 2025

As spring begins, construction across the Dawn, Walloon community is hitting exciting milestones, and we’re pleased to share the September 2025 Construction Update!

In Gibbs Stage 2, titles have now been registered, paving the way for future residents to begin their new home builds at Dawn. This is another significant milestone as our team continues to provide more opportunities for homebuyers in this exciting new master-planned community in Walloon.

At the heart of Dawn, Walloon, Daybreak Park is powering ahead. The final stages of construction are taking shape just in time for our highly anticipated grand opening, which will be held alongside our CarnEVIL 2025 Halloween celebration, returning for its third year on Friday, October 31st. Turfing is progressing rapidly across the park, with the sports oval now fully turfed and set to be ready for action in the coming weeks.

In the Western Precinct, infrastructure development is a primary focus. The installation of stormwater and sewer systems is progressing across Stages 7 to 9, while bulk earthworks continue to reshape the landscape. This changing topography is paving the way for the growing neighbourhood. Additionally, work on Dawn’s Waterway is progressing alongside these efforts, marking another significant milestone in the estate’s transformation.

Preparation for our first waterway culvert crossing is nearing completion, as the concrete footings are now in place. This will mark the first road connection to the Western Precinct, representing a significant step forward in access and connectivity.

It’s inspiring to see how quickly Dawn is evolving, with each milestone bringing us closer to a connected, green, and welcoming neighbourhood in Ipswich.
