Construction Update: August 2025

As winter draws to a close, construction across the Dawn, Walloon community continues to gather momentum. We’re pleased to share the August 2025 Construction Update with you!

In Gibbs Stage 2, works have now reached completion, opening the door to Plan Sealing Approval and Registrations in the coming weeks. This marks an important milestone as we prepare to see future residents commence their new home builds this growing pocket of our master-planned community in Walloon.

At the heart of Dawn, Walloon is Daybreak Park, which is looking more vibrant each day. Topsoil has been delivered, and a significant amount of planting is underway, with additional trees and plants being incorporated into the landscape. The Multi-Court surface is now ready for painting, while the playground equipment is nearing completion. Excitement is also building for an event to be held in the new park, which is shaping up to be a fantastic community celebration. Stay tuned for updates there!

In Stages 7, 8 and 9, infrastructure works are tracking smoothly, with sewer and service installation progressing well. Bulk earthworks elsewhere have begun reshaping the future stages.

It’s inspiring to see how quickly the community is evolving, with each milestone bringing us closer to delivering a connected, green, and welcoming neighbourhood at Dawn, Walloon.
