Construction Update: June 2025

Winter has arrived at Dawn, but progress across the community continues at a steady pace, and our team is excited to share the June 2025 Construction Update!

Landscaping in the North East precinct is now complete, transforming this corner of the community with lush planting ready for future residents to enjoy.

In Gibbs 2 (The Horizon & Serene Releases), service installation is now complete, and roadworks preparation is underway to pave the way for forthcoming pavement and kerb works.

Works at the District Park continue, with footpaths taking shape and playground preparation well underway in readiness for equipment installation.

Earthworks for Stages 7 to 11 are powering along, with topsoil stripping nearing completion, and the bulk earthworks now beginning to shape these future stages.

Preparation for our first major road crossing, which will connect the eastern precinct to the western one, is now finalised, with culvert installation to commence soon.

From the Sales Office, we are preparing for our next land release, The Parkside Release, on Saturday, 28th June 2025. This release offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity with parklands, peaceful trails, and picturesque waterways just a stroll away.
