Sales & Construction Update
May has been a month of milestones for Dawn, with exciting progress happening across the growing community.
We’re pleased to share that the North East Stage (The Golden Release) is now complete, with final landscaping underway. We look forward to seeing our future residents begin building their dream homes here over the coming months.
Gibbs 2 (The Horizon & Serene Releases) continues to progress smoothly, with retaining walls finished and service installation now having begun. Looking ahead, road preparation works will begin soon.
Work has also commenced in Stage 7 (The Springs & Marrowview Releases), with bulk earthworks now underway and at the District Park, electrical cabling is nearing completion.
Over in the Sales Office, The Banks Release (Stage 8) has just launched with lots ranging from 310sqm to 490sqm in size. This release offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity with parklands, peaceful trails, and picturesque waterways just a stroll away.
