Autumn is in full swing at Dawn, with progress across the community remaining strong as we continue building the foundations of a vibrant future!
We’re pleased to announce that Registration has been achieved in the North East Stage! Landscaping works are kicking off soon to add the final touches and bring the area to life. We look forward to welcoming our newest residents soon!
Gibbs Stage 2 continues moving forward steadily as the bulk earthworks are now complete and service installation is underway.
Meanwhile, preparations for the Western Precinct have officially begun, with bulk earthworks for the Waterway about to commence—a major milestone in opening up this new part of the community.
Over in the District Park, works are progressing well, with the team excited to see this space come together for all residents to enjoy.
And finally, we’re thrilled to announce our newest land release— The Springs Release! Launching this weekend, this latest release offers a fresh opportunity to join the growing community in a new and exciting precinct.
