Fermented Food Festival: A Day of Flavor, Fun, and Fermentation!
Calling all fermentation fans, sourdough lovers, and beer enthusiasts – don’t miss the Fermented Food Festival 2025!
Join us on Saturday 7 June 2025 at 8 Charles Chauvel Dr, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, just a short 25-minute drive from our Dawn community, and enjoy a fun-filled day of flavour and discovery!
Explore the fascinating world of fermentation including everything from krauts and kombucha to miso, tempeh, kefir, and of course, sourdough!
Through expert talks, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive displays, you’ll discover the ancient craft of fermentation and the incredible health benefits it brings.
But that’s not all! Visitors will also get to enjoy live music, explore the vibrant market stalls, and even pet a friendly camel!
