Dawn has ushered in Autumn with plenty of rain, but progress across the community continues at a steady pace—and the team is excited to share the latest updates with you!

In the North East Stage, roadworks are now complete, and preparations are underway for Registrations in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, in Stage Gibbs 2, bulk earthworks are progressing well, and service installations are in full swing.

Excitingly, work has now begun on the District Park! New renders will be revealed soon, offering a glimpse of what the Walloon community can look forward to.

At the Sales Office, we’re gearing up for the highly anticipated Marrowview Release this Saturday! This is the first release on the western side of the waterway, with land lots ranging from 336sqm to 676sqm, it represents a fantastic opportunity to become part of our thriving community.
