Reflecting on 2024: A year of growth, fun, and community at Dawn!
As we wrap up 2024, our team’s reflecting on all the incredible progress, excitement, and community spirit that has seen Dawn grow into a place where families can thrive, and memories are made. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made 2024 a standout year!
This year, we’ve achieved fantastic success in our community, including the successful completion of Stages Gibbs 1, 6F, 6E, and 6D – delivering over 162 new lots to the community.
We’ve also excitedly begun construction on Stages North East Lot and Gibbs 2, with our team working hard to deliver even more future home sites for families looking to join our neighbourhood.
Complementing these beautiful new homes coming to Dawn are the abundant green spaces we’re adding for families to enjoy.
Most notably, the recent completion of Henry Lawson Park upgrades introduced a new dog park as well as skate equipment, rugby posts and cricket net for residents to enjoy for play, exercise, and holiday events over the summer and beyond.
Another significant Dawn highlight of 2024 was CarnEVIL, Dawn’s Halloween event that invites the community for an evening of thrills and spooky fun.
From the haunted houses to activities and games, this year’s event took our Halloween celebrations to the next level, and we’re already looking forward to what next year will bring with even more community residents to participate!
Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to deliver the new District Park which will become a major community amenity introducing a new Central Plaza featuring BBQ facilities and covered seating areas, bathrooms, all-ages playground including smaller play equipment and swings for younger children, large parkland space with multipurpose goal posts, multi-purpose court, outdoor gym equipment, ping-pong table, and additional car parking to service our increasing Dawn visitors.
We have loved seeing our Dawn community continue to grow and look forward to working towards delivering even more great spaces, events, and amenities for our wonderful community and residents in 2025 and beyond.
