Sales & Construction Update
October has seen progress continue smoothly across Dawn, with the team eager to share our latest Construction Update.
In exciting news, Stage 6E Registration has been achieved, and landscaping is now underway! We look forward to seeing home builds commence in this Stage over the coming months.
Over in Stage 6D, Plan Sealing has been lodged and road works have commenced, with the kerbs installed over the month.
Looking to some of the future stages of Dawn, works in the North East Lot have commenced with bulk earthworks taking shape, and Gibbs Stage 2 planning approval has been achieved, with commencement anticipated next month.
We are also excited to announce that Henry Lawson Park Upgrade Works are now complete, and to celebrate the park’s grand opening, you are invited to join us at the park to explore the new additions to the community on November 2nd, with coffee and croissants on us!
You can now enjoy the range of features, including a cricket pitch, dog park, and skate park features, so bring down the family, including your furry friends!
