Sales & Construction Update

September has been bustling for the Dawn team, and we’re thrilled to share our latest news of the growing community!

Stage 6E roadworks are progressing smoothly, with the asphalt work now finished. Plan sealing is set to be completed by the end of this month.

In Stage 6D, kerb and footpath installation is in full swing, paving the way for road pavement to begin shortly after.

We’re also pleased to report that the Henry Lawson Park upgrade is on programme, with Practical Completion expected this month. We look forward to the community enjoying the new features of the park, including a cricket net, dog park, and skate park features.

As for the District Park, we are in the final planning stages, with negotiations with the Council moving along well. We anticipate approval soon which we can’t wait to share with you all, allowing the team to start construction this year.

Lastly, in the Sales Office, look for The Oasis Release, which is now selling in the heart of Dawn.
