Sales & Construction Update

It was a busy August for the team at Dawn, and they are excited to share the latest updates with the community.

Stage 6E roadworks are moving forward smoothly, with asphalt preparation nearly finished. Meanwhile, Stage 6D is nearing the completion of services installation, and roadworks are set to start this month.

In other exciting news, the Henry Lawson Park upgrade works are progressing well. New fencing and footpaths have been installed, with the final works including a cricket net, multi-purpose posts and skate park amenity scheduled for completion in September.

Over at the District Park, the planning phase is almost complete, and final negotiations with Council are currently underway

In the Sales Office, The Boulevard Release is coming soon, with a variety of lots in the heart of Dawn.
