Sales & Construction Update

July flew by quickly at Dawn, with the team excited to share the impressive progress.

With construction now complete in Stage 6F, Registration has occurred! We are excited to welcome the latest residents to Dawn and to watch them begin building their dream homes amongst the community.

Over in Stage 6E, services infrastructure has been installed and road preparation is now underway! Stage 6D bulk earthworks are nearing completion and the team are commencing service installation.

The Henry Lawson Park upgrade works have continued to progress. Footpath lighting has been installed, with preparation for footpath concrete pour, dog park fencing, cricket net, multi-purpose posts and skate park elements have now commenced.

Over in the Sale Office, the latest Dawn release, set on a backdrop of the District Park, has been welcomed with open arms. The Haven Release has limited lots remaining, get in quick to secure your place in this central location!
