Sales & Construction Update

June has flown by for Dawn, as the team keeps achieving remarkable progress across the community.

In Stage 6F landscaping is well underway with the team working diligently to prepare for the new residents of Dawn. Registration for this stage is anticipated for early July and we look forward to our newest Dawn residents commencing their dream home builds.

Over in Stage 6E, progress is moving along smoothly with sewer and water infrastructure underway.

The latest stage of Dawn, Stage 6D, has commenced construction this month. Bulk earthworks are nearing completion, and the team is busy preparing the next phase of construction.

Following the contributions of the Dawn and wider Walloon community, the Henry Lawson Park upgrades have now begun! These upgrades have been chosen with the feedback from the Dawn community, with completion anticipated on a 12-week program. We are excited to upgrade this community park for the Dawn and Walloon residents to enjoy.

Over in the Sale Office, the Waterview Release has been warmly welcomed, with exclusive views of the waterways and District Park at Dawn! There is still a chance to secure your place in this prime location with a limited number of lots remaining.
