Sales & Construction Update

During May, progress across the Dawn community has continued quickly and the team are excited to share the latest updates.

Construction in Stage 6F is progressing smoothly, with works nearing completion! Asphalting of this Stage has been installed and Plan Sealing has been lodged with Council.

Over in Stage 6E bulk earthworks have commenced for the Stage and the District Park, with the Stage taking great shape! Services installation is scheduled to begin next month.

Dawn is excited to announce that the Waterview Release will be launching this Saturday the 25th of May, with exclusive views of the waterways and District Park at Dawn. To find out more about this release and joining the community, contact our team.
