Sales & Construction Update

April has seen progress continue smoothly across Dawn, with the team eager to share this our latest update.

The team are thrilled to announce that Settlements have commenced in the Lumina Release (Gibbs Stage 1) over the past month, with Dawn’s newest residents dream home builds set to begin soon!

Over in Stage 6F, kerb installation has been completed and preparation for the next steps in road installation is now underway.

Coming together quickly, the next stage of the Dawn community is now underway with bulk earthworks to commence shortly. In more exciting news, the design plans for the District Park have been submitted to Council.
