Sales & Construction Update
January was a busy month at Dawn, with works continuing smoothly. We are excited to share that multiple stages have seen significant construction progress over the Summer.
In Stages 6B2 & 6B3, civil construction works have been completed, as well as Genesis (6C1) and Dayspring (6C2) seeing civil works also completed this month.
Over in the Gibbs Release, civil construction works were finished, and in exciting news for future residents – we are anticipating Plan Sealing approval in February.
Furthermore, civil construction on Stage 6F is well underway, with our team preparing to commence the installation of the services and utilities this month.
