Dawn Welcomes Ipswich’s 250,000th Resident

Our team at Dawn recently celebrated a major local milestone, welcoming Ipswich’s 250,000th resident – Dave and his family – to the Dawn community!

Having settled into Dawn in late October, Dave and his family are thoroughly enjoying their new life, connection to local parklands, neighbourhood amenities, quiet walking trails, and everything that Ipswich has to offer.

The discovery of Dawn was chance for Dave, who instantly fell in love with the area.

“We moved from Beenleigh, and Dawn has certainly been tranquil, inviting, and welcoming. We were really taken with the peaceful ambience here, and how friendly everyone is,” Dave shares.

The quest for a perfect home spanned approximately two years for the couple, a journey that culminated in the discovery of Dawn.

“When we came across Dawn, we knew straight away that it was the one,” says Dave.

Having found their forever home, the couple is looking forward to continuing to build their dream family life in Walloon.

Reflecting on the home-buying process, Dave notes, “buying with Dawn was an absolute breeze.”

The couple looks forward to the opportunities and experiences that Dawn has in store for them.
