SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As construction continues at Dawn, we’re pleased to share our October progress update.
Firstly, we’re happy to share that settlements are underway for our newest residents in Stages 6B2 and 6B3. Internal stage works are also nearly complete, with the external infrastructure works and upgrades to Taylors Rd well underway. Our team is working hard to have this completed by early November.
Plan Sealing and Registration has been received in Stage 6C1 while Stage 6C2 is following closely behind, with the plan lodged to the Titles Office and registration imminent. The civil works in the Gibbs Release Stage 1 are continuing to progress as planned.
Furthermore, we’re excited to report that the next Stage’s approvals have been received with construction commencement now being planned and scheduled.
