Meet your agent at Dawn Walloon, Scott!

Scott has been selling land in Walloon for over three years and has been the agent at Dawn specifically for just a year and a half.

One of Scott’s favourite aspects of being a land sales agent is helping to plan and create solid communities for the future. Scott enjoys seeing an community grow from it’s first lot to something much bigger over time as residents begin to move in and start building their dream homes.

Scott thoroughly enjoys meeting customers for the first time when they come into the sales office, and the relationships that he has been able to form from the many different aspects of his role including builder partners, mortgage brokers, and customers.

Scott stays motivated and is driven by listening to his favourite song – “Haven’t Met You Yet” by Michael Bublé, and watching how buyers take pride in their new homes whilst building that sentimental value. Scott also is motivated by food…aren’t we all!
