SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As we approach the middle of the year, we’re pleased to share that works at Dawn in Walloon are progressing well, with the team working hard across all Stages under construction.
In Stages 6B2 and 6B3, roadworks have commenced, while Valuation and Soil Test Access is set to commence this month.
In Stages 6C1 and 6C2, works continue to progress smoothly, with stormwater works currently underway.
We’re happy to share our next land release is only a week away! The Lumina Release, available Saturday 17th June, features lots ranging in size from 350sqm up to 538sqm. This Stage, which is already under construction, is anticipated to register in 2023 meaning you could be only months away from starting the build of your dream home.
