SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
May is off to a great start for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages progressing smoothly.
There is plenty of activity in Stage 6B1 with house builds now underway! Congratulations to our future residents of this Stage on their recent settlements. We look forward to seeing your homes come to life over the coming months.
Civil works in Stages 6B2 and 6B3 are progressing on schedule with roadworks connecting Taylors Road to the Dawn community set to commence shortly, while in Stages 6C1 and 6C2, sewerage and drainage works are progressing smoothly.
We’re pleased to share that the planning for the next Stage has now been signed off and works set to commence later this month. The lots in this Stage will be part of our upcoming release set to be launched next month!
