SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another action-packed month for the Dawn team, with April off to a flying start as works progress across the Stages.
In Stage 6B1, we’re pleased to share that settlements have commenced! We look forward to welcoming Dawn’s newest residents to get started on their builds over the coming months.

In Stages 6B2 and 6B3, works continue smoothly, with retaining walls, stormwater and sewer pipe works all progressing well.
In Stages 6C1 and 6C2, sewer and stormwater installation is now underway, with bulk earthworks and retaining wall works nearing completion.
We are also pleased to share that approvals for the next stage have been received, and we look forward to announcing further information about our next release soon!
We currently have a wide variety of lot sizes for sale with many house and land packages to suit, as well as three Display Homes available for sale complete with leaseback!
