SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
March is looking to be another busy month for the team at Dawn, with works on site progressing well across all Stages under construction.
Stage 6B1 is now Registered and construction Practical Completion has been reached, with street landscaping now underway! We look forward to seeing our latest residents house builds commence here very soon.
In Stages 6B2 and 6B3, The Beacon Release, we’re pleased to share that the bulk earthworks are now complete, with sewer and stormwater works currently underway.
In Stage 6C1, The Genesis Release, and Stage 6C2, The Daysprings Release, bulk earthworks are well underway with sewer and stormwater pipes delivered and ready for installation.
We currently have a wide variety of lot sizes for sale with many house and land packages to suit, as well as three Display Homes available for sale complete with leaseback!
