SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
2023 is off to a flying start for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across the Stages progressing smoothly over the last month.
In Stage 6B1, roadworks continue to advance, with asphalt now complete and plan sealing imminent. Streetscape works have now commenced as well, putting the final touches on the stage.
Meanwhile, we’re pleased to share that in Stages 6B2 and 6B3 operational works have been approved, with all pre-starts held with authorities and earthworks progressing across both Stages.
We are also happy to announce that operational works have been approved for Stages 6C1 and 6C2, with Council prestart held on-site recently and site establishment underway!
The team at Dawn is excited to be back on board for 2023 and we look forward to sharing further updates as the year goes on.
